When people ask me why I risk owning real estate or flipping houses and I came across this quote the other day which sums it up perfectly:  I am thankful to all those who said no, its because of them I did it myself.  Albert Einstein.

I love this quote because I meet people all the time who avoid owning real estate because a mortgage company said no.  The fact is regardless of your reason for owning real estate whether you are like me and treat it as a business or you are looking to purchase a home, you can do it.  With a little tenacity you will find someone or a company that will be willing to lend you the necessary funds to own a house.  It is up to you how you treat it once you get it, but the moral of the day is:  Never Give Up!  Enjoy the cartoon.
